AVOID unless you're prepared. If you don't have waterproof boots, a four-wheel drive, and plenty of spare time, stay away from this service. After leaving our car in what felt like a mud pit, we were taken to the airport in a very old and dirty vehicle. Upon returning, after several calls and an hour of waiting, the filthy shuttle finally arrived. Another 40 minutes later, we were back at the muddy parking area. AVOID unless you're prepared.
The drop-off was fine, albeit a bit abrupt, but we overlooked that. Upon returning, we waited at the terminal for 1.5 hours before taking a 25-minute ride to our car. After a long flight, waiting to be picked up was frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this service.
STEER CLEAR! I will not be using this service again! If you want to park in mud and wade through it to a poor-quality vehicle for your airport transfer, go ahead. Upon returning, we waited 2.5 hours after being driven around three terminals before reaching a muddy parking lot to retrieve our car, which was dirty inside and out. I regret choosing this service. Pay a little more for a better option. It might be cheap, but you'll be sorry if you have a long drive home after being awake for 24 hours. We were packed in like sardines, with luggage stacked around us. There is no office, just a static caravan, and no signage for the service. You simply leave your car in a field and get shuttled to the airport. We got home three hours later than planned.
I wouldn't rate this service even one star, as that would be too generous. Avoid them! The cars are parked in a muddy field with little care for your vehicle. They returned my car after crashing it into a gate right in front of me, with no apologies, just handed me the keys and said it was fine, despite the scratches. There was no compensation offered, and when I asked about it, the staff just shrugged and walked away. I didn't want to argue, so I got in my car and drove home very unhappy. They need to be shut down; do not use them.
They have a fantastic system: book online, arrive at the drop-off area, and hand over your keys after collecting your luggage. Then, a shuttle takes you to your terminal. You can choose to be dropped off at either the long-term parking area for free or at the paid drop-off point; the choice is yours (though there is an associated cost). Just call 30 minutes before your arrival, or when you're coming back, right after passing through customs, and they will quickly pick you up from the agreed location. I can't recommend them enough. I made a mistake by trying to park the car myself, ended up stuck in a field, and they took care of everything while I was away (all because I didn't follow the instructions properly). They didn't complain or make me feel bad. Outstanding service, thank you.
This was a terrible experience. The website claimed shuttles every 15-20 minutes and showed proper parking, but the reality was a wait of over an hour each way. The car park was a muddy field, and they had to push my car out. There were no signs or facilities on-site. One shuttle was acceptable, but the other was in awful condition, with broken seatbelts and driven recklessly by someone on the phone for the entire trip.
