The worst company to deal with. In this difficult times during the ongoing middle east war, I have sent a message to the company 3 weeks prior to my departure in order to cancel the booking. And guess what this has still not been cancelled. I have sent emails, called 3 times and the only thing I get told you will receive an email by the end of the day to confirm your booking has been cancelled and when will the refund be credited. Its been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for that email and refund. These people are bunch of liars. No doubt about it, they are the cheap but liars. They give you false information and we just have to believe. I booked since December 2025. They were the first to collect the funds but when its time to refund, they will not respond.
