I helped someone ordered an item, ItelP40 from Jumia which took more than 2 weeks to arrive.I took it to the owner and helped him set everything up neatly. While at it, I noticed the phone hangs and became hot at the top. I quickly restart the device and handed it to the owner. The next day, the man started complaining and ordered me to come over. I contacted Jumia NG and they said the item is eligible for return. I returned the item neatly on July 2 and I was contacted thereafter to expect the refund. Till today, August 10th, I haven't received any refund or even the item. At least, they should return the item back if they can't refund me. I have contacted them more than 40 times, they said I should expect it within 3 business days, it is more than a month now and this has pitted me against the owner. I regret shopping with them. Pls, JUMIA refund me my money #100k or return the counterfeit item to me. I take God beg you.
