I have utilized Jumia Kenya various times for various products ranging from phone items to home ones. I appreciate that they accept M-PESA at checkout and frequently run great deals during sales. My experience, though, has been mixed some of the items I got were tardy or didn’t match the description. Customer support was tough to reach when I tried to return a product too. While I like the convenience, I feel Jumia should work on their reliability for delivery and customer service response.

I like the company's promptness in delivery and the logo. What I don't like is the slowness of the network and also the ease with which internet fruadsters assess their site to swindle customers. The company should invest in internet security and also employ the service of a reputable and internationally recognized web designer .
I helped someone ordered an item, ItelP40 from Jumia which took more than 2 weeks to arrive.I took it to the owner and helped him set everything up neatly. While at it, I noticed the phone hangs and became hot at the top. I quickly restart the device and handed it to the owner. The next day, the man started complaining and ordered me to come over. I contacted Jumia NG and they said the item is eligible for return. I returned the item neatly on July 2 and I was contacted thereafter to expect the refund. Till today, August 10th, I haven't received any refund or even the item. At least, they should return the item back if they can't refund me. I have contacted them more than 40 times, they said I should expect it within 3 business days, it is more than a month now and this has pitted me against the owner. I regret shopping with them. Pls, JUMIA refund me my money #100k or return the counterfeit item to me. I take God beg you.
