Avoid like the plague, don't want to help customer!

It's taken me almost a year to get them to do anything about my trampoline which came August 2023.Last week after back and forth emails for a year and PayPal disputes (which PayPal sided with them despite all the evidence I had), they agreed to send a new trampoline after failing to send the parts to replace (which was most of the trampoline) but I said I wanted them to collect this crap and fully refund me, they agreed to that 8 days ago and now are ignoring my emails requesting an update.Save yourself a load of trouble and stay away from this company, don't give a crap once they have your money.Go buy a cheaper trampoline from Smiths, the one we had before from them was much better, wish we never got rid of it.The product rusts terribly too, I have photos of just under a year of being in garden, taking it apart to return was a ball ache, all rusted together like it was welded.
