Replacement parts.

The kids bent two of the poles playing fireman, I ordered the wrong parts but Jumplex had them collected and sent new ones out. They even processed a refund without me asking as the ones I needed were cheaper. The trampoline itself is very sturdy if used correctly. Well worth the money and fantastic after sales care.

Had an issue with our Jumpflex…

Had an issue with our Jumpflex trampoline and these guys did a full top bar replacement. Really recommend these guys for your trampoline. We are on our second one they are so good.

Excellent Quality Trampoline

We are extremely happy with the 14ft Hero Trampoline. I was concerned it was too expensive but it was definitely worth the money. The quality is amazing and it looks great too. So easy to put together. Quick delivery. Can't fault anything with it so far! We have 2 very happy children!

Very happy 3 year old - great for family time outdoors

We purchased a 10ft trampoline for our almost 3 year old as she loves them. It’s been fantastic! We bought during an offer, and the free delivery was also a nice surprise. It arrived quickly and efficiently. Easy to put together and very smart looking too. We’ve spent many mornings and evenings on it as a family, very happy customers. We’ve only had a few weeks so can’t speak of the long term quality, but so far so good!

Slide & customer service are useless…

Trampoline is probably a really good one but the whole process with Jumpflex is ridiculous! Ordered a 10ft with slide, few delivery issues. Once arrived I assembled in less than a hour. no ladders was with this order so I had to order again separately. Added the slide and my daughter tried to slide but slide is not steep enough so she ended up getting stuck at the top. The slide is completely useless. Box was damaged and looked like it has been used before me. Tried to send back as a refund and they will only refund 50%. Do not buy the slide!

Avoid like the plague, don't want to help customer!

It's taken me almost a year to get them to do anything about my trampoline which came August 2023.Last week after back and forth emails for a year and PayPal disputes (which PayPal sided with them despite all the evidence I had), they agreed to send a new trampoline after failing to send the parts to replace (which was most of the trampoline) but I said I wanted them to collect this crap and fully refund me, they agreed to that 8 days ago and now are ignoring my emails requesting an update.Save yourself a load of trouble and stay away from this company, don't give a crap once they have your money.Go buy a cheaper trampoline from Smiths, the one we had before from them was much better, wish we never got rid of it.The product rusts terribly too, I have photos of just under a year of being in garden, taking it apart to return was a ball ache, all rusted together like it was welded.

Good luck getting spare parts and any decent level of service

Ordered a jumpflex trampoline last year as they apparently sell spare parts, but good luck getting them! Due to storm damage in April, i needed spare parts. A lot of spare parts say out of stock, but even the ones they do show in stock they can't necessarily supply! Finally after 4 months, all the parts i needed showed in stock, so i ordered them. Some arrived but i was missing 3 fundamental parts. Chased, but ive just been told by the unapologetic Weslee that these are out of stock until hopefully mid-Sept! Happy to show items in stock, take the money, despatch part of the order, but no communication to say the remainder of the order is out of stock for another 6 weeks (hopefully!) until chased. Very disappointing and falsely advertised. Also when spare parts come, they are badly packaged in a grey plastic bag loosely poking out the end covered in clear tape. 4 months without a trampoline and still no prospect of this changing, wish I'd ordered another brand to start with. Bad service and communication!

Brillant and easy to put together. Needs two people to build We were done in an hour and 15 mins today My children are happyWas out of stock when ordered stated pre order for delivery 4th July but was delivered before on the 2nd July.

Appalling Customer Service

Appalling Customer ServiceI purchased a 10ft trampoline based off the 5* reviews I had seen - paying more than average for the trampoline but assuming i would get excellent customer service. The whole process has been a shambles. The trampoline was delivered with parts missing so couldn't build it ready for my daughter's birthday. I was then told the items were out of stock (why sell it in the first place). After several emails, they sent one of the missing parts (i needed 4). I sent emails that weren't responded to. Nobody seemed to know what was going on or following up with any customer issues. Eventually all the parts arrived and didn't fit! I gave up and asked for a refund which i also had to chase. Don't waste your time!
