It seems to be a quality product and my son really likes it. It was fairly expensive, but I bought it because of the weight limit which was quite a bit higher than the units at my local big box stores. It was short one spring but I contacted them and they sent me a 10 pack of them in just a couple of days. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
