We love the Trampoline, instructions were easy to follow. I was a bit disappointed in my interaction with customer service I was expecting an answer when I inquired about my purchase being shipped and I got a response saying they will check on it and never heard anything back. It did eventually ship and make it to us, our if all the boxes I can say we were only missing 1 screw and Bolt but we had some on hand to replace it. All the kids love it.
