Currently trying to get my withdrawal back. They have had basically every single document I own, bank statements from multiple banks, identification, letters etc . They have held my money for 2 months, they don’t respond to emails. I would say they are having financial issue and using players funds to fund their cash flow issues. I’ve given them 24 hours to return my money otherwise I am taking this to the GC and any other action I can take. I am absolutely certain they are not allowed to do what they are doing. I don’t even think they have my money anymore to pay me back. Avoid at all costs! You have been warned.
