Jumpman Gaming just stole £1,000 from me

Jumpman Gaming have just stole £1,000 from me on their Mega Reels Casino. Having sent 492 different forms of PHOTO ID over a period of 6 years, to try and withdraw the £1,000. They finally sent me an email saying I breached their terms & conditions, which is a crock of BS. Luckily I video all my activity on gambling sites to safeguard me. Jumpman Gaming have already been fined £500,000 in 2023 for money laundering. They operate over 200 SCAM casino sites and only 28 people work for them. Jumpman gaming have no telephone number and no real life address. They say they have gambling licenses but if so all their affiliations would breach their UK gambling license. Stay well clear of the 200+ Jumpman Gaming casino and slot sites aimed at Stealing from UK citizens,

Stole my money

I have winnings of £6,100 on my account and I withdraw the money before I got my account closed and I still don’t have this money till this day. I’ve tried to email them and they won’t give me my money. I hope they get shut down as that’s my money they are holding onto, it’s fraud

They don't let you withdraw less than…

They don't let you withdraw less than £20, charge you £2.50 to do so (this wasn't mentioned anywhere when signing up). I wasn't even able to withdraw the £20 once I built it up as apparently I hadn't spent enough! Ridiculous and would be interested to know how this is even legal.

DO NOT USE JUMPMAN GAMING SITES

Do not gamble on ANY Jumpman gaming sites. Recently I used a site by them (first time) and found it notoriously difficult to withdraw any winnings. When I was ahead I had over 800 quid wagering requirements to withdraw bonus balance. I soon realised when trying to withdraw my normal winnings - this takes priority. As a result, it wouldn't let me withdraw (bearing in mind, they charge 2.50 for withdrawals and minimum withdrawal is 20 quid, but the minimum deposit is far less - so stupidly; I deposted a tenner to get to over 20 to withdraw the money I'd won). What happened was getting about 30 spam copy+paste emails a day pretending I wasn't engaging with their emails and just repeating and saying if they didn't hear from me, they would close the ticket. Frustratingly, I could not get any real response from them and ended up running the rest of my balance down (as others have said they wound up doing) realising I was never getting my money back. The only email I ever had that was different was this one:"Hi toffeelattex, I can see after looking into your account that you have deposited but not played on-site, could you kindly explain why this is? Once received we can then advise further. Kind Regards,The Support Team"After explaining that this was nonsense, as I had actually placed a 20p slots bet (albeit by accident, since it used my money instead of a free spin) whilst waiting for a reply to use the rest of my free spins then immediately stopped when I realised it was using my real balance.I then used another site (paybymobilecasino) later not realising it was the same company. I eventually made 70 quid profit in one night and decided to cash out. They demanded I use a card to deposit before I withdrew; but I wasn't verified yet anyway (I deposited using Boku - which charges to a phone bill). Was a bit smarter this time and decided I would verify first before depositing on a card to withdraw my winnings. The QR code on my profile said it was expired and so I emailed them to do it manually (I can't use livechat as I tend to mostly play late at night, but judging from other comments, livechat doesn't work anyway). After no response for several days I checked my email to make sure I did it correctly and soon realised the email address that is the contact for paybymobile, was support@jumpman - the exact email that was for the other site I used. I realised at that point I was most likely screwed and would never get that money out and ran the rest of my balance down. Will stick to the mainstream sites (Paddy, WH, Sky etc) from a now on and never try to be smart like that again.

Won cash and asked for ID

Won cash and asked for ID, fair enough. Zero response from support and still no cash.Seven days later nothing just a review questionnaire asking how they did to the enquiry. You couldn’t make it up.!Shocking unlike other sites who ask the same re ID and pay straight after.

THIEVES AND FRAUDSTERS

THE TRUTH IS THAT YOU ARE AN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL GROUP THAT IS INVOLVED IN GAMBLING FRAUD OPERATING IN THE INTERNET SPACE. THIS IS THE FIRST ALLEGATION IN WHICH THE POLICE AUTHORITIES AND STATE SERVICES SHOULD BE INTERESTED, BECAUSE THE SECOND ALLEGATION IS THE TRADE IN PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS WHO REGISTERED ON YOUR CASINO SITES AND HAD TO VERIFY THEIR PERSONAL IDENTITY, BANKING AND RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, I.E. ID CARD, BANK CARD PLUS ACCOUNT BILLS AND UTILITY, INTERNET OR PHONE BILLS. AFTER VERIFICATION, 80% of casino players begin having problems withdrawing their winnings and cannot even log in to the casino website. They are interrupted while playing, kicked out of the casino website, and blocked from returning for 24 hours. Sometimes, players are unable to log in for several days, especially those with larger payouts. FINALLY, TO MENTALLY KILL AN ANNOYED PLAYER, THE LIVE CHAT DOESN'T WORK AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS AT ALL. I GUESS THAT THESE JUMPMAN WEBSITES ARE CONTROLLED BY AI IN THE FORM OF BOTS IN 60%.
