I joined Britain play run by JUMPMAN GAMING on the 24th of April , I deposited with my mobile phone and won some money , I tried to withdraw and was met with a message saying to verify my account , which is obviously standard procedure, I tried to upload driving license 100 times and it said ‘unable to classify identification type ‘ all other identification got accepted after numerous attempts and different formats , I got bored waiting so gambled some more and won over £1900 , finally my license got verified …. So I tried to withdraw again , this time got met with to deposit to my card I needed to make a deposit with it again fair enough I thought as I had made deposit with my mobile , so I deposited £10 and then tried to withdraw, it then said ACCOUNT LOCKED contact support ?!?! Absolutely unbelievable! I’ve researched this company and have found literally HUNDREDS of people that have gone through this but unfortunately for the company I have connections with people that will now investigate this . Relevant authorities have been informed and apparently an investigation is underway . If I get anywhere with this company as in receiving my winnings I will update my review . It’s already nearly two weeks so I don’t hold out much hope . It’s illegal for them to verify and then withhold winnings as investigations should be complete before you make first deposit .
