definate scam !

won 500 3 weeks ago sent all my id as requested, now they froze my account, i played £300 of it before it froze the account and cant play any more it wont let me......cant withdraw. They said I had spent too much money !!!!!!!! said reply to email sent by cust services, no emails received. ive emailed them every day for 3 weeks, they just dont reply update- after 4 and a half weeks weeks and waiting for customer service to contact me, they closed my account and sent me the funds in my balance by bacs xfer which took another week.... so 5 weeks to get the £200
