My third time on here reviewing this lot. I raised a complaint over six weeks ago. Since then I’ve had two responses. Yea two emails back in six weeks. One of which was two days ago asking for me to send documentation they wanted to see from gamstop in order to come to a conclusion at last I thought the end is near with regards to dealing with this awful business. They requested I email gamstop add them in the CC and get my history for them to view. I explained to them gamstop has already informed me in past it’s not there job to “prove” to casinos who has been with them and when. Which I agree with seen as how any reputable casino should have the means to access this information by law on there own accord. However I sent the email to gamstop and I also logged into my gamstop account and downloaded by PDF my full history which I saved to files and sent to jumpman gaming. I’ve heard nothing back. Here’s where it gets even worse. There is NO LIVE CHAT. It’s all email and completely hit or miss if a human replies. In the last however many months I’ve had over 50 emails from them all pre typed rubbish repeated over and over I could print them off and wallpaper my house they have sent so many. In my case I’m told EMMA from the COMPLAINTS TEAM is the one investigating my complaint and as she said with this gamstop history she can make her conclusion. Why say this then NOT give a direct reply email address for emma? Because anytime I try to reach out or send anything for her I’ve no confirmation she gets it. Does a human even ever read the emails sent I wonder???this has caused so much stress for me and really affected my mental health I want it over & done with. So EMMA can you check your inbox and look for the reply I sent you to your email to me via resolver and you’ll find what you asked for in form of PDF. Very strange also how jumpman have ignored everyone’s reviews more or less except one persons. What’s that all about?
