Don't Do it To Yourself.

When I received the product from FedEx, I noticed that the box was in shambles which was an immediate read flag to me because there was no way that this was a new trampoline with the condition that the box was in. I called customer service to express my concern and ask for a replacement and they reassured me that the parts inside would be fine and that the box may have been damaged by the carrier during shipping.Well just as I suspected, when I finally opened it on Christmas eve to put it together for my kids, there were missing parts and several scratches on the polls that could have only be caused from it being used. Wierdly enough, some of the parts were even wet when I took them out of the box. Now i have to cram all of the parts back into an already defunked box and get this thing returned and a refund. It's absoluetley rediculous that this company would even send a used product out.Will never buy from them again. Stay away.
