This company is one of a kind! The trampoline has been great and just what we expected. What took this company to the next level for my family is their customer service. I reached out in hopes to get replacement parts after a storm and they not only walked me thought identifying what parts we needed but also sent them to us free of charge! You rarely see that level of customer service anymore and for that I’ll always sing their praises!!
High quality - hours of funWe’ve had our Jumpzylla trampoline for almost a year now and it is still in perfect condition. It’s high quality, safe, and stands up to heavy use; there are regularly neighbors or other friends jumping in there with our kids. I did a lot of research before buying and am certain we made the right choice. We’ll eventually have to replace the safety pad over the springs because of weather exposure (and then we can try a new fun color!) but expect the trampoline itself to last many years.
When I received the product from FedEx, I noticed that the box was in shambles which was an immediate read flag to me because there was no way that this was a new trampoline with the condition that the box was in. I called customer service to express my concern and ask for a replacement and they reassured me that the parts inside would be fine and that the box may have been damaged by the carrier during shipping.Well just as I suspected, when I finally opened it on Christmas eve to put it together for my kids, there were missing parts and several scratches on the polls that could have only be caused from it being used. Wierdly enough, some of the parts were even wet when I took them out of the box. Now i have to cram all of the parts back into an already defunked box and get this thing returned and a refund. It's absoluetley rediculous that this company would even send a used product out.Will never buy from them again. Stay away.

The trampoline was put together following the instructions and literally turned into a taco in front of our eyes. Don’t buy this, it’s flimsy and not safe. They don’t want to honor their warranty. Big waste of time and money. Complete dissatisfaction!
contacted Jumpzilla a week ago asking for the dimensions of the box they ship trampoline in. Sent an email and no answer, so I called the number they had on website which stated to call if you had any questions. Guy that answered said he had seen my email so i said "can i get an answer". His reply was that he did not know. I wanted to transport the box to my granddaughter in another state for her birthday so i needed to know the size. If they dont want to answer then why all the contact info. All you have to do is take a tape ruler and measure it. Obviously, they are not on here to sell trampolines. Customer service sucks
Quality product, holding up strongly no matter who’s on it. The grandkids (and the adults) used it daily weather permitting.Recommend watching assembly videos on line because parts won’t fit if any are turned in the wrong direction even though they look like they should. The assembly was simple though requiring 2 people. Needed someone taller to reach the top bars that support the safety net. Pleased that I chose this manufacturer over their competitors so far!
