contacted Jumpzilla a week ago asking for the dimensions of the box they ship trampoline in. Sent an email and no answer, so I called the number they had on website which stated to call if you had any questions. Guy that answered said he had seen my email so i said "can i get an answer". His reply was that he did not know. I wanted to transport the box to my granddaughter in another state for her birthday so i needed to know the size. If they dont want to answer then why all the contact info. All you have to do is take a tape ruler and measure it. Obviously, they are not on here to sell trampolines. Customer service sucks
