SCAM. I only ordered this dress AFTER reading their "easy return" policy which gave me confidence that if the dress didn't look as expected I could get my money back and perhaps just lose money on shipping it back. First of all, the dress looks NOTHING like the website. I would liken it to a 5 year drawing an elephant. All the pieces are there but it's just utterly wrong. I went back to the site and tried to see if there was more then just an email address and the two phone numbers on the site seem to be fake. One is a google number (I'm sorry but a professional business should not just have a google number) and tried several times, no answer. The other is a UK number, and it doesn't even work at all. I proceeded to email them and it took several days for them to respond and basically give all these details that are absolutely NOT on the website, essentially saying (when you do the math) I will get 70 dollars back but the shipping is likely 70 dollars. So I've lost all my money.I responded to them asking for a full refund as laid out on the website and they haven't yet responded. My guess is they are trying to make this take long enough so it's past the 14 day period.
