My dress arrived a week earlier than expected and the quality was great! I loved it so much that I requested a cancellation of the second dress that I had ordered from June Bridals. The team got back to me the same day, cancelled my upcoming order, and they were amazing to work with! I will recommend them to future brides and would love to buy again from them.
Terrible customer experience, do not use this site. I bought a dress from them and despite the sizing perfectly matching my measurements, the dress drowned me. I went with a different dress from Lulus (much better experience and quality) and returned this one. However, you have to be approved to issue a return. And then you are responsible for round trip shipping. Well, my shipping was “free”… so I did not see it would be $40. On top of another $18 for me to return. I spent half the cost of the dress on returning something I never wore. And they refuse to work with customers, continue to send their vague return policy and have absolutely 0 concern for customer experience. I then found some Reddit threads and Facebook posts about people having even worse experiences than this. AVOID altogether.
Was due to arrive the 11th, didn’t arrive til the 20th. Mind you, my bank informed them of the chargeback BEFORE they late-shipped it. They chose to ship it only AFTER they were informed so they could attempt to look like they’d fulfilled the order. When planning a major event one does not have those several extra days to spare and deal with potentially no dress, I made other arrangements for a new dress with a different company as soon as they claimed their entire business was closing the entire first week of October, despite them still having many orders to fulfill and they did not inform buyers of this closing period prior to making their purchases either. The Dress is poorly made. It’s an obvious attempt to create the same one I ordered, but it is not the same dress. Very cheap and flimsy/tears easily type of material. I requested DDD CUP size and got A cups. When you advertise that it’s is a “custom made per order dress” and you select a as 6 and in the instructions inform the company you need a larger cup size rather than standard A cups… you expect to get the ‘custom’ make of what you asked for. This site is clearly a sweatshop of non professionals attempting to make a dime. Chinese made with a US port/address to pretend they’re a US based business. The dress is not usable and not what was ordered. This quality is less than what a children’s Halloween costume on the clearance rack at Walmart would be made of. Terrible! Do NOT buy from this site. The photos they use for the dresses are AI generated, which makes sense as the company is in Beijing China, NOT USA. Thankfully, I went through my bank to reclaim my money instead of using JuneBridals fraudulent refund behaviors of offers or discounts to everyone who’s dissatisfied, which clearly by all the other bad reviews on Trustpilot indicates that they screw everyone over and do not honor full refunds. End note: after seeing my negative review they sent me an email essentially threatening me with legal action if I don’t send them back the dress they sent 4 DAYS after the bank charged them back and notified them of being investigated for fraud at that time. My bank is already investigating you, and they will get a copy of your threatening email too. As well as photos of the dress you claim to sell and photos of the one I received.
I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is not allowing me to return the damaged dress I received. They also take FOREVER to respond. Look at other REAL reviews. This is a company from China, so in the USA we can't take them to court or else I would. Total scammers. My bank will be handling this dispute.
Of course i was nervous about buying a wedding gown online but I fell in love with one on June Bridal's website and so I took a chance and I am so glad I did! The communication was excellent the entire process and my dress came on time and EXCEPTIONAL! The craftsmanship is amazing, the materials are high quality, the custom sizing is perfect and it is exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier and I am so glad I took the chance with June Bridals! If you're considering it, do it! You will not be disappointed!
I reached out to customer service on two occasions and they were very helpful and timely in their response. I ordered a wedding dress and the quality surprised me, in a good way. I could not tell the difference between June Bridals dress and a $2,000 dress at the local boutique! Highly recommend!
Dresses are not as pictured. Much cheaper looking/feeling in person. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They ensured me I could return my dress if I didn’t like it and then they wouldn’t let me return the dress because “they filled the order correctly”. Spent almost $500 on two dresses and I am supposedly getting $71 back. However they said it would take 5-10 days, it has been 15 days and no sign of a refund. Going to count my loss and lesson learned
