I LOVED this game. I was at level 400. I tried moving it to my son’s iPad and my progress was wiped. I have tried THREE times to restore my account. I keep getting a closure email for the ticket with no explanation of if I can recover my account. I am so disappointed. I am not willing to start from 0 and redo 400 levels. If you would like me to change this review then contact me and restore my account. Otherwise, this app just wants your money and doesn’t care. I say this because I kept buying diamonds and packages. Why don’t you just say ‘sorry we can’t find the account’ rather than this rubbish?
