I started to keep screenshots of everything because Wooga doesn't like to pay out rewards. I sent those screenshots in asking why I didn't receive the reward and all I got was a generic answer that many other players got. I sent it back in questioning why, to show me and they closed out the discussion. Don't spend money on this game.
