Disappointed with the order process

I placed my order on Oct 31, eager to try the product based on all the positive reviews. After two weeks without any updates, I reached out and was told my order was about to ship. However, by Dec 3, I still had no product or shipping information. I expressed my disappointment and requested a faster shipment or a refund. The next day, I received a refund. They later informed me that one item was out of stock. While they handled the refund quickly, I'd have preferred the product. I'm hesitant to try again, but I might consider it after the holidays.
