COMPLETE SCAM!! Avoid!! On top of the product being terrible, the original advertisement was cleverly scam worded and I was charged 30 more than I expected. Then they would not honor their return policy when the awful smelling soap made my skin break out. And were very rude about it. Then they CHARGED ME AGAIN! For another order. There was never any mention of a subscription. I emailed immediately to say I didn’t want it and to cancel the order, but was ignored. I called the number associated with their company on PayPal and left messages, no response. Wrote at least 5 more emails, then suddenly got a message saying my order has shipped. At this point I emailed on Facebook and instagram. Not expecting a response. Terrible company. Terrible product. Very terrible customer service. Complete and total scam artists!
The soap is nice, but I was unexpectedly enrolled in a subscription after my first order. A week later, I noticed another charge for a new order, which I never agreed to. This situation is quite disappointing. I would advise against purchasing from this service.

I'm unsure if this company is a scam or just poorly managed. I ordered a promotion but waited months for delivery. After receiving my package, I realized it was part of an auto-ship that kept sending more despite my cancellation. I ended up with 18 bars of soap. Their return policy claims a 30-day refund for unused products, but they refused to send a return label and wanted to charge me a restocking fee that wasn't mentioned on their site. The soap I tried was dark and hard to wash off, with an unappealing smell. I have plenty of it now, so if anyone wants some, just let me know, and I'll ship it for the cost of shipping.

However, by Dec 3, I still had no product or shipping information. I expressed my disappointment and requested a faster shipment or a refund. The next day, I received a refund. They later informed me that one item was out of stock. While they handled the refund quickly, I'd have preferred the product. I'm hesitant to try again, but I might consider it after the holidays.
