I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my account with no joy, I keep getting billed for a service I do not use!Attempt 1 - Online Chat. Was told the account will be cancelled and someone will be in contact. Waited a few weeks and nothing happened.Attempt 2 - Online chat. Same as last but got transcript emailed to me for proof this time. Again was told someone will contact me but nothing.Attempt 3 - Open a ticket. Was clear that I wanted to cancel the account. Got a response asking why which I responded to (of course have proof of this). A few hours later I got a auto response saying the ticket is closed due to no response.Attempt 4 - Emailed 2 people at Tookan which I had email addresses for, namely Rajat and Rashmi. No luck so far.Attempt 5 - Go public on Trust Pilot, hopefully I get a response now? The effort needed to cancel an account is absolutely ridiculous. All other services I have tried have a cancellation option in the dashboard and is a simple procedure. With JungleWorks it seems as they make this process so difficult that one just resumes paying the account.If this does not work next step would be to get hold of my credit card company.Stay away from Tookan JungleWorks, an extremely difficult company to deal with!Update 2022-02-01Issue is still not resolved. I emailed the email address provided in a reply to this review and they have not even bothered to reply. My only option now is to cancel my credit card with my bank so that I cannot be billed anymore. STAY AWAY FROM JUNGLEWORKS!
