I think this company is afloating a Wave of Trust that other Indian Companies has created. Steer Clear from the names here. Unless you are ready to boil your blood. Their Operations team has no internal softwear that allows them to pull all the agreement in one Place. The account manager asks for your agreements because he can't find it internally in their own team. Our Request for billing to be started in January was shoved under the carpet, and we only found out about it at the time of Renewal, which they are forcing us to do it 4 months prior. Hence, They have robbed for 4 Months. And it is not a Startup Friendly companies.
