These people need investigating fast

These people need investigating fast. I (stupidly) ordered 1 item and when paid with PayPal I had 2 invoices, 1 for £25, legit and another for £77.23 that I did not order. I’m so stressed by this. Then, I got another invoice for £85 for exactly the same items from another company I’d never heard of! PayPal have given me a ‘temporary refund’ but today the stuff has been delivered. So angry

They charged me twice

They charged me twice. Paypal already took a pay in 4 from me last date 02 July 2025, and then 2 days later on 4th July 2025 a full amount was pending to be deducted from my bank account. Paypal is now waiting to hear from them for my refund. Unbelievable scam company - Not Happy

Do NOT use this company

Do NOT use this company. Like many others I ordered something and then they took more money out by automatic payments on Paypal. Paypal are trying to sort it but do not understand that automatic payments should be down to the account holder and NOT fraudulent companies like this one. Check your Paypal accounts for automatic payments and contact Paypal regarding this. It is so wrong.

They are shonky, the price supposedly paid are not reflected in your actual charges. Pay Pal were of no help, wiped their hands clean of it.I doubt whether I will get the product. Stay clear of them, they are scammers from China

On 6-9 2025 I ordered 2 jars of Magnesium pain healing bone cream total price 76.23 but never received them but I wS charged on PayPal. AS OF TODAY 8-4 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM OR MONEY BACK. I AM GETTING PAYPAL INvOLVED

This company is a fraud and scam

This company is a fraud and scam, check them out on legit, you will never get the products you order and, they will send you an invoice for one price and bill you with more charges, Mayo Clinic said they don't endorse any products, they work with a company called zilvane, which is a fake company.I filed a FTC.Don't get scammed and PayPal doesn't help you get you money back. I give them no stars.
