I placed an order for 3 purses over a month ago and still haven't received them, nor have I received a refund. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance. I've dealt with scams before, and this feels similar. Instead of receiving help to track my order, I'm being asked to do it myself. I was informed that my full address wasn't provided, and the tracking numbers are also incorrect!
