Order Issues and Lack of Support

I placed an order for 3 purses over a month ago and still haven't received them, nor have I received a refund. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance. I've dealt with scams before, and this feels similar. Instead of receiving help to track my order, I'm being asked to do it myself. I was informed that my full address wasn't provided, and the tracking numbers are also incorrect!

This service is a total scam, I completely align with the negative feedback. Yesterday, I contacted my bank and credit card provider to investigate in hopes of recovering my funds for three items - I'm currently awaiting their response. I just attempted to access their website, but it appears to have been taken down. However, I do have evidence of their misleading advertising. I wish, like many others, that I had checked reviews prior to placing my order. Lesson learned!

This company is completely deceptive; I fully support all the negative comments and complaints. I asked my bank and credit card provider to investigate in hopes of getting my money back for three items - now I'm waiting for their response. Yes, I received my handbag today and I completely agree with what others are saying. It's a scam. There’s no quality leather, just fake material from overseas. I wish I had checked reviews before making a purchase. Lesson learned.

Ordered what was claimed to be an authentic bag...

I ordered what was claimed to be an authentic leather bag, but what I got was a low-quality vinyl product. When I requested a return, I was offered a 10% discount, which I declined. They then increased it to 20%, but I still refused. Eventually, they sent me a return label to a location overseas, stating that I would have to cover the return shipping, which would cost 50% or more of the purchase price. I feel scammed. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two purses and cancelled quickly...

I ordered two purses and then cancelled my order within five minutes after seeing bad reviews. Their website claims cancellations can't be made after 30 minutes, but this seems dishonest since I cancelled well within that time. About an hour later, I received an email saying they did not cancel my order. I recommend avoiding this website. Their response was that my order was being processed, making cancellation impossible, but assuring me they would deliver it efficiently.
