I placed an order on December 2nd, and they charged me immediately, confirming the item would ship in 1 to 3 business days. By December 11th, I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up and received a response on the 12th stating the item was sold out with no estimated restock date. This was a paid order! Now, I have to seek a refund for an item they sold me but didn’t have. This was intended as a Christmas gift for a fan, and they have lost me as a customer.
