I would not give it even one star if I could. Bought the $50 plush slippers for my son for Christmas and he wore them for a few days and they came apart. Shoddy quality and they won’t do anything because of their 30 day policy which is bull because I of course ordered them early so they were here for Christmas. They don’t take anything else into consideration period! Expensive lesson but I will not support them in future and I’m going to make sure my son stops buying from them as well. Zero customer service and zero customer support.
I had a very disappointing experience with Juniper Creates.
My order was stuck in transit for almost a month, and during that entire time, no one from their team contacted me to explain what was going on. I had to reach out to them myself just to get an update. When they finally responded, they claimed the issue was due to my address and postcode not matching, and that the package had been returned to their logistics center. This explanation simply wasn’t true.
To clarify the situation, I even sent them a Google Maps screenshot proving that my postcode and address were correct. After that, instead of resolving the issue, they changed their explanation and told me the item was suddenly out of stock. This was extremely frustrating and felt dishonest.
On top of everything, their response times were very slow, and the communication lacked transparency. The entire experience was stressful and disappointing.
I will never purchase anything managed by Juniper Creates again. This was by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I was truly impressed with the quality and fit of the hoodie I received. It’s incredibly comfortable and stylish, quickly becoming my favorite. The price was also very reasonable. Now I see why their products are frequently sold out. Great job by the team!
I have reached out regarding receiving the wrong size for my son's Christmas gift. I ordered an Adult small, but it appears to be a Youth small. I measured and sent pictures as requested, and I’ve sent four emails without a response. The phone number on your site is not functioning, leaving me with no means to contact you except through email, which has gone unanswered. I just want to return the shirt and receive the correct one. I am very disappointed, and I know my son will be too when he sees this mistake on Christmas morning. Can you please get in touch with me? I spent sixty-five dollars on a shirt he can't wear, plus the shipping costs.

This is absolutely ridiculous! I had to wait a month for my item, which was initially supposed to ship in 10 working days. After a month, I received an email saying I needed to wait another 2-3 weeks. This is not a serious company; don’t waste your time here.
I placed an order on December 2nd, and they charged me immediately, confirming the item would ship in 1 to 3 business days. By December 11th, I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up and received a response on the 12th stating the item was sold out with no estimated restock date. This was a paid order! Now, I have to seek a refund for an item they sold me but didn’t have. This was intended as a Christmas gift for a fan, and they have lost me as a customer.
