So I would say Jupay is very good at handling customer issues. Their agents are very helpful and ready to assist anytime there is a problem. Their transfer rates are also good. I haven’t encountered much issues on the app but if I need help in doing something, they’re always available yo assist. I mostly use the app to send money to my family in Ghana.
