I had my blinds installed and within a week, I noticed a defect. Since my blinds are under a 3-year guarantee, I reached out to the company for a replacement. It has taken them 3 months to replace my blinds, which is unacceptable given how much I spent. The worst part is that when I spoke to one of their representatives, she promised to follow up but never did. I've been chasing them for over 3 months now. This is truly disappointing!
