I had my blinds installed and within a week, I noticed a defect. Since my blinds are covered by a 3-year guarantee, I reached out to the service for a replacement. It has now taken them 3 months to resolve this issue, which is unacceptable considering the amount I spent. To make matters worse, I spoke with one of their representatives who promised to follow up but never did. I've been pursuing this matter for over 3 months now. It's truly disappointing!
They refused to honor a $20 coupon included in a swatch sample mailing. The coupon stated $20 off an order of $200, but when I placed a $400 order, they claimed I couldn't combine deals. There always seems to be some deal available. Additionally, I am a repeat customer who has spent thousands over the past few years. When I sought assistance, I received none. I even mentioned that it seemed illogical to lose a loyal customer over a $20 coupon that seems misleading. Their response was a firm no, choosing to disregard my loyalty. If they can't assist in simple situations, what service can I expect when it's more significant?
