Order never received!

I have not received my order! The service insists it was delivered at my door, but that's false! I've lost €79. Be cautious when ordering here! They shift the responsibility onto you to prove it wasn’t delivered, which is impossible. The driver could take the order and leave, and you'd have no way to prove you didn’t receive it.

I have not received my order! The service keeps insisting it was delivered, but that's not the case! I've lost €79. Be careful when ordering here! Opt for another delivery service.

Consider using another delivery service. The customer support is virtually non-existent. When I called after waiting over an hour past the expected delivery time, I was told it might take another 45 minutes, and they would 'try' to find a solution. Their customer service is appalling. I'm deleting the app after this experience.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. I ordered a meal for two, paid over 30 euros, and it never showed up. Instead, I received someone else's unappetizing kebabs, fries, and a drink, with no refund in sight. I've been emailing for a week. Customer service is only available via email, and they claim there should have been a receipt in the bag, but there wasn’t one. I sent pictures to prove it wasn’t my order, but nothing has changed. Terrible service that doesn't trust its own customers.

Food ordered but never delivered.

I ordered food and it never arrived, total waste of money. Don't waste your time or hard-earned cash; whether it's the drivers or the restaurants, I can't say, but I wouldn't trust them.

Never received my order.

I simply did not receive my order, even though the system indicates otherwise. I made two phone calls but got no real response. The support team was completely unhelpful, stating they couldn't do anything and offered no human involvement.
