Extremely Frustrating Experience
I booked tickets online at the advertised price and entered my credit card details, only to receive a call shortly after stating the price had increased by $90 because the tickets "weren't confirmed." The platform allows you to select seats, which was essential as my daughters needed to sit together. I was informed it would cost an additional $30 per person and was initially reassured that this would secure the seats. However, when I requested confirmation in writing, I was told that the seats were not guaranteed and were merely requested, with assignments made the day before the flight. My card had already been charged, and due to the misleading information and shifting terms, I had to report the charges as fraudulent and cancel my card. Exercise extreme caution.
