This is a huge scam. After booking I was told the tickets were for standby only and was up charged money for an actual seat. After being told that I couldn’t cancel and much haggling the charge was reduced a little. The information Albert sent to the airline was wrong and with no help coming I had to deal with the airline personally. Don’t use this site to book anything.
One of the fraud websites. I purchased a ticket from them and hour later they were calling and telling me that the ticket i purchased that price was changed from the airlines, it freaking scammed and I argued with the customer service team and they giving me two options either i can upgrade the tickets with the new price or they will cancel the tickets. It’s totally fake and fraud serviced

Extremely Frustrating Experience
I booked tickets online at the advertised price and entered my credit card details, only to receive a call shortly after stating the price had increased by $90 because the tickets "weren't confirmed." The platform allows you to select seats, which was essential as my daughters needed to sit together. I was informed it would cost an additional $30 per person and was initially reassured that this would secure the seats. However, when I requested confirmation in writing, I was told that the seats were not guaranteed and were merely requested, with assignments made the day before the flight. My card had already been charged, and due to the misleading information and shifting terms, I had to report the charges as fraudulent and cancel my card. Exercise extreme caution.
I have had a remarkable journey with Justairticket receptionist Lilly. Guiding me through a purchase which I thought was initially finalized. Well, it wasn’t and could have had catastrophic consequences had she not emailed, called, emailed and called me over and over with information that eventually led to success. She was amazing. A glimmer of hope that ignited and shined through to the end. Soft spoken, calm and very polite, Lilly is a powerhouse that your company is blessed to have.
