I come to the site based on an advertised £1 fee for a question. The advice I was given wasn't particularly useful, but it also wasn't terrible. The problem came when I was signed up to £32/month subscription, which was clearly communicated. I have searched my inbox and can't see ongoing communications about the subscription (eg a monthly renewal notice) and I only realised when I checked my bank account and saw 2 unexpected charges. I've cancelled, but I'm very annoyed at the unclear communication.
