The service consistently creates issues with online deliveries. I ordered several items for a birthday celebration, paid online, but received no confirmation. Upon returning, I tried reaching out multiple times with no success. Eventually, I got a vague explanation about a computer glitch. On the day of the event, the cake was finally delivered, but two items were missing. I still haven't received any response regarding the missing items. This company is incredibly disappointing; even basic service is lacking.
