I ordered a cake for delivery on August 25th between 2 PM and 4 PM, making the payment online. The delivery did not happen, and my brother had to call them at 9:30 PM to check the status. They provided various excuses and ended up sending different cakes late at night. This is the second time I've faced such issues. They should at least inform the customer about delays, which is very disheartening.
