I booked a cake (JBWSD 00201956) on 30/1/25 as a surprise for a dear one. Specific time was given 1600 to 1800 hours. Delivery on 31/1/25.When there was no delivery by 1810 hours I called the numbers givenb10 times (9392420975, 8970010111).On pretext of checking, both persons cut off the call and did not respond.I was embarrassed and had to make alternative arrangements. I went to a just bake shop listed at Uppal. It was closed. I had to book a nearby cake shop.At 2100 hours I got a call that the cake is ready for delivery. The party was over and the sheer arrogance of not respecting time was insult to the injury of not delivering on time and cutting off the calls of the customer care.The cake may be the best in India.But it is of no use, if timeliness and customer desires are not maintained.
