After taking my payment, they set my account on autopay without my consent. When I requested to cancel the services and remove the autopay, they assured me it would be done, yet the following month, the amount was still deducted from my account. I have been trying to reach out for assistance, but the support team has been unresponsive. This company is incredibly untrustworthy. I repeat, DO NOT TRUST THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
