Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I took a subscription for my tour and travel business from Justdial after their executive made many false promises. They convinced me to pay the advance amount and said they would guide and support my business.
But after taking the payment, everything changed. The rules suddenly became different and no proper guidance was provided. It feels like they only care about taking money from customers and not about providing real service.
Even after requesting many times to stop the ECS, they are not cancelling it and the money is still being deducted from my bank account. When we try to talk to their staff, they behave very rudely.
Also, a person named Jitendar from their team spoke to us very rudely and unprofessionally. Instead of solving the issue, his attitude was arrogant and disrespectful. This kind of behavior clearly shows how little they care about their customers.
This has been a very bad experience. I feel cheated and would not recommend anyone to take services from this company. Please think twice before trusting them.
