This service used to be my first choice for ordering, but now it's the worst. They deny refunds or only provide credits, which forces you to continue using their inadequate service if you want to avoid losing money. I often go directly through my bank for refunds. I have security cameras that can verify whether deliveries occur, and I record the food being opened to ensure I have proof if items are missing or damaged, which supports my claims with the bank.
