Review Time
Ordered food was well over an hour past the original delivery time. Had messages so they know it was being delayed and their were issues. Then it said it had been delivered. Contacted just eat and they said its still on its way. When it arrived it was stone cold. The chicken I ordered was totally missing. The calzone was not only cold but mashed up in the box as if it has been thrown about. Contacted the takeaway. They were happy to refund but had to request it from just eat as they still had the money. Had reply from just eat and told not going to refund. Totally disgusting. Had very few problems over the years. But this is about to loose uber not only my custom but my friends and family. They are going down hill rapidly. Dont waste your money.
Sent me a 80% off code to my email. I tried to use it. It said invalid. I went onto the app and it popped up saying here is 80% off, copy the code and enter it.. Again same code as the email.. Invalid code.. I emailed customer service. Was like talking to a brick wall. In the end they told me the code doesn't work and won't work so go away. I told them to close my account, i didn't get a email back at that point. So i closed it myself.. Good luck with your business
Worst service ever. Food 2 hours late and cold, rude manager. Contact just eat and told I would get refunded in 5/7 day but don't happen. Tried to get in contact with complain but bot just avoid this, raised a tick that someone would come back to me, nothing. Just cowboys who are quick to take your money but non compliant whe. They need to give it back.
Absolutely shocking. Our delivery time for our KFC order was changed 5 times on the app, which also gives out false information, according to the conversation i had with the shop. Eventually arrived 1 hour after original time, cold. Will never use this sham of a company again
Delivery driver marked my order as delivered and then left with it. Didn’t knock on the door, didn’t even come into my front garden (as evidenced by ring doorbell footage). Contacted just eat 3 times in the last 72 hours for a refund and have just been completely ignored. Will be doing a chargeback if no resolution is found.
I got only half the items delivered, but not received my full order yet. I raised a complaint and was advised I can't get my items delivered fully or I am not able to get my refund. Why do you have to do this to the people who makes their order. is this the way to give customer feedback?

I ordered fresh custard from the coop and got sent custard creams as a substitution! I contacted them only to be told I wouldn’t get a refund or anything! Totally unacceptable & poor customer service. Total con, ripping people off and the prices are already hiked up! Avoid. Apparently you can refuse substitutions but like everything else on just eat it leads to nowhere! 😡
Just eat have done this to me several times now. Order food that never arrives charge £2.83 service charge and £4.99 delivery that you never get refunded back. Wait for weeks for only the food charge refund that you've paid for twice. Daylight robbery. So a £
ompletely dissatisfied with this app. Vouchers often don’t work, orders get blocked for minor issues (like a bank app update), and there’s no real explanation or guarantee support will fix it. User experience is a mess, more hassle than it’s worth.
The service is clearly in violation of consumer rights by concealing reviews, which suggests it's only a matter of time before they face serious consequences. I will not be using this platform again. Each time I place an order, items are missing, the food arrives cold or spilled, or it simply doesn’t show up. Today, I waited 2.5 hours for my delivery, and when I contacted the restaurant, they informed me that the food was ready but the driver had not arrived. This service used to be my first choice for ordering, but now it's the worst. They deny refunds or only provide credits, which forces you to continue using their inadequate service if you want to avoid losing money. I often go directly through my bank for refunds. I have security cameras that can verify whether deliveries occur, and I record the food being opened to ensure I have proof if items are missing or damaged, which supports my claims with the bank.
