Paid for a large order from a local food outlet to be delivered. Got a status update in the app to say it had been delivered. It hadn't. Messaged the courier, but no response.
The support and guidance they provide for helping with issues is useless. Their chatbot is also useless, and just repeats the same thing about only helping with orders from the past 24 hours but dies nothing. Its impossible to get through to someone for help. They've made it impossible to raise any issues with their service. I'm not getting my money back. Been robbed
