I have used Just eat quite often past 5-10 years, and i requested a refund only once on 11.03.2026 because the driver could not find the address, and removed my order from his thermal bag while he was roaming at the street. Meaning the food i received was super cold. Additionally, i had to walk 5 mins outside to find the driver. When i raise this with Just eat, they said "the decision is right and we wont refund you." And i was fine with that, i said delete my account and personal data under GDPR, they credited me only £4.91 when the order was £19. And i repeat my request, delete my personal data from your database under GDPR. Like a parrot, they repeated the same thing. I will pass this over to ICO if my request gets ignored. People who work here has absolutely zero emphaty, capitalism at it's peak.
