This is the type of service provided: You place an order, realize something is off, and need to cancel. You reach out through chat right away, only to be told to call the restaurant with a number they provided. You call and confirm the order should not be made. A week later, you find out you won't be reimbursed because the restaurant wasn't informed and went ahead with the order... all because the service gave you the wrong number in chat. They won't take responsibility for their error.
