You message the support team within seconds, and they instruct you to contact the restaurant directly, providing you with their number. After calling and confirming the cancellation, a week later you're informed that you cannot receive a refund because the restaurant was not notified and proceeded with the order... and this happened because the service provided you with the wrong contact number in the chat. They refuse to take responsibility for their error. It's better to order directly from restaurants; in addition to high service fees, they take about 50% from the restaurant, making the food more expensive through them.

Awful company, JUST CHEAT! Even when you send them the order receipt with pictures, they don't acknowledge it! They blame the restaurant, but they are just as bad. What is happening with these companies? They take your money and then blame each other! I recommend another service; they deliver hot food that is actually yours, and their staff is polite and accountable!
I just went through three days of frustration with the service to get back my £13.17 refund (ordered on 16/09/2025). The advisors covered for their dishonest colleague (the driver) who didn't deliver my order or even ring my doorbell, as I live on the second floor. Therefore, I didn't provide any code to the driver, which is supposed to protect customers. My order's mystery lies with the dishonest driver. Horrible service and equally horrible advisors covering for this company - it should be renamed - JUST CHEAT!
Warning! Scammers! After ordering food, I waited an hour only for the restaurant to mark the order as delivered. When I called, they assured me to wait longer. I waited another hour with no one showing up. No responses to my messages either… And after notifying the service, they outright refused any refunds. They show almost no responsibility, allowing restaurants to operate without consequences. They effectively stole 75€ without any repercussions. Absolutely terrible and disgusting...
The driver did not deliver our order. My wife was in communication with him through chat. His last message was that he was leaving the order, then he deleted the chat. I went to the restaurant for the driver's details, but they said only the service sends drivers. The service is refusing to refund, claiming they see the order was delivered. I requested photographic proof - none provided. Absolute fraud! This service is appalling, and I am very upset.
I received food over two hours late, refused the delivery since it was cold, and I had already made other arrangements. The restaurant begged me to accept the order to avoid charges for the return, promising I wouldn't be charged. The delivery went straight in the bin, but the service charged me £38 for food I no longer wanted. What a scam; they are thieves, and I will never use this service again. Their customer service is awful.

I've reported them to the bank's fraud team. This cannot continue; this service and its group of thieves need to be stopped. The law states that if I don't receive the goods I've paid for, I'm entitled to a full refund. Otherwise, it's theft, and that's exactly what's happening here; you are crooks. I won't let this go, and your company will be exposed and will deserve to collapse over time.
