I just went through three days of frustration with the service to get back my £13.17 refund (ordered on 16/09/2025). The advisors covered for their dishonest colleague (the driver) who didn't deliver my order or even ring my doorbell, as I live on the second floor. Therefore, I didn't provide any code to the driver, which is supposed to protect customers. My order's mystery lies with the dishonest driver. Horrible service and equally horrible advisors covering for this company - it should be renamed - JUST CHEAT!
