I ordered from TFC elda. There was no hint of any issues. I waited two hours. Nothing arrived. I called them they told me they don’t deliver to my area ?? They marked the delivery as delivered at 22:25 and proceeded to charge me. I contacted just eat. That was hard enough. I used chat and other methods it was late at night so I gave up. The restaurant didn’t answer after that. I had to go away for work and followed up with just eat when I got back to be told they had not address things within 48 hours and since then no one has helped. I paid 25 euros and have nothing to show for it. My contract is with just eat and they should have helped reclaim the money. They don’t look after their clients at all
