With Just eat I find the interface annoying and it's hard to find the things I want. For example, I want great vegetarian and vegan options (main dishes) with meat options (for friends). What I don't like is that imagery used by restaurants is 'stock' photography not what the food looks like. Introducing UGC would help balance this especially when pizzas on Google are NAP but on Google Maps they're Sicilian, New York, Montanara etc and often mas frozen and reheated and dressed.The customer service by others I didn't have the same experience but I wasn't complaining.
